🛒 Yogurt Parfait Cups - Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings):
1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt)
½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
¼ cup granola or crushed graham crackers
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional for extra nutrients!)
